Owner and lead technician Derek Lawrence has nearly 25 years of professional experience as an audio electronics technician.

Having graduated with Honors from the DeVry Electronics Engineering Technician program, Derek began his electronics career as a bench tech at Steve's Music in Toronto. Eventually he moved on to work as a technician at Roland Canada, TC Electronic, and Power Group, where he managed the service department. Anodyne Audio Service was opened in 2010.

In addition to his passion for electronics, Derek is a guitar player. He has played across Canada and into the US with several bands over the past 30 years.
